Lisa McMahon is Vida Court’s social care hero for October 2022.
Lisa came into the care industry during the pandemic after having worked in the licensing trade for over 20 years. In her own words said ‘I wish I’d come to social care years ago, I would not have looked back’. Since joining Vida Court as a relative new comer to care, Lisa has gone from strength to strength and has completed the care certificate and is moving towards commencement of a diploma in health and adult social care. Lisa has demonstrated outstanding commitment to her residents and colleagues and has recently been promoted to Senior Carer. What a wonderful journey in social care you are having and will no doubt continue to have.
