Clare Shuker
Clare ShukerHome Manager
Clare joined Vida Hall in 2014 and has worked in the Elderly Care sector for over ten years in various roles ranging from Senior Carer to Health & Social Care NVQ Assessor. During Clare’s time at university, she took a community based route where she was able to source her own placements in primary and community care settings; district nursing, hospice care, palliative care, community matrons to name a few. After qualifying from university as a trained nurse, Clare went on to further train to be a Practice Nurse and earned a triangulated role between Leeds West CCG.

It was so refreshing to step foot into Vida Hall and instantly feel like I belonged. To see the leaps that had been taken in specialist dementia care was overwhelming yet inspiring. My proudest moment during my time at Vida was receiving the extra mile award in December.
