MEET THE TEAM
Clare joined Vida Hall in 2014 and has worked in the elderly care sector for over ten years in various roles ranging from Senior Carer to Health & Social Care NVQ Assessor. During Clare’s time at university, she took a community-based route where she was able to source her own placements in primary and community care settings; district nursing, hospice care, palliative care, and community matrons to name a few. After qualifying from university as a trained nurse, Clare went on to further train to be a Practice Nurse and earned a triangulated role between Leeds West CCG.
Victoria has worked in Health and Social care since 2007, joining Vida in 2021. Throughout this time Victoria has managed different services, primarily for large providers. This has included leading a home to achieve outstanding in caring domain, supporting at regional level, turning a service around following inspection and commissioning a new service. Victoria’s role is to lead the team at Vida Grange to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents with a dignified and professional approach. Victoria loves to spend time with the residents at Vida Grange, learning about their interesting lives and utilising this information to deliver the best possible care.
Karen is a Financial Controller and joined Vida Healthcare in 2020. Karen has worked in Finance for over 30 years and leads the Finance Team in offering all communication regarding the financial side for Vida. The Finance Team support the families through the finance process and assist and support in dealing with the complexities around funding. Karen also heads up the coordination and administration of the resident’s personal allowance accounts, ensuring the residents have their funds available when needed.
Arron is a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse and joined Vida Healthcare in 2013. Arron has been a House Manager, Quality Assurance Manager and is now the Learning, Development and Quality Manager. With many years’ of experience in the care sector, Arron is passionate about the delivery of quality dementia care. Vida’s ethos of care focuses on quality throughout every aspect of our service and Arron’s role involves promoting the highest possible standards. Arron supports the Home Manager’s and care teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met in the delivery of care.
Emma graduated from Long Island University, New York, with a BSc in Business Management and Marketing. Emma joined Vida Healthcare in August 2018 and brings many years of experience in digital marketing and advertising. Emma oversees both Admissions and Marketing departments, ensuring a smooth process for new families & admissions and helps to position Vida Healthcare as the UK’s leader in dementia care.
Sam has a wealth of experience in HR, business administration and finance, and for 23 years worked in the Education sector. Her own personal circumstances led her to take on a voluntary role as Wellbeing Facilitator at Vida Grange before joining Vida’s HR team in August 2023. Sam is passionate about people and their wellbeing and believes in developing meaningful relationships with all, that build trust and confidence. Vida’s people are its main asset and Sam supports Vida’s value of being “in it together”.
