After a 40-year career in Nursing within the NHS I am now embarking on a new journey as Clinical Development Lead. I am 6 months in post and it has given me a new prospective in regards to care provision.
It’s so inspirational working with all the amazing teams with like-minded individuals who have the resident’s best interests in their every thought. Vida continues to make a positive impact; it goes the extra mile in the understanding of Dementia Care and this in turn impacts the whole person and their loved ones. z
