During the pandemic Vida Healthcare developed an in-house communications app for families. The app was designed to allow families and friends of residents to see a snapshot of the daily life at Vida Healthcare and still feel connected. The family app is simple, user friendly and gives families instant access to catch up on the health and wellbeing of their loved one through posts and updates from staff, videos and images.
