RESIDENTIAL DEMENTIA CARE

Our residential dementia care houses are designed to support those residents who do not require continuous nursing care. Our highly skilled team leaders will work in collaboration with the GP’s and other community services to support all aspects of your loved one’s care.

The team works with the resident to identify how best to optimise their wellbeing through social activity and engagement and while fostering residents’ independence. Ensuring the resident is supported to maintain their autonomy, and create a plan of care which allows them to live well with dementia.

To help support our residents, our facilities offer internal courtyards, sensory courtyards and ample out door space and the houses have been carefully designed with the needs of people living with dementia in mind.

All care, meals and laundry are included in our fees. We do offer extra services such as chiropodist, hairdresser and physiotherapist at an additional cost.
