Our Care
Residential Dementia Care Houses
Our residential dementia care houses are tailored to support residents who do not require continuous nurse-led care. Our experienced team leaders will collaborate with the GP and other community services to provide comprehensive, holistic care for all aspects of the resident’s needs.
Our team will work closely with the resident and their family to determine the best ways to enhance their wellbeing through social activities and engagement, while promoting the resident’s independence. We will ensure the resident receives the support they need to maintain their autonomy and develop a care plan that enables them to live well with dementia.
Frail & Vulnerable Nursing Houses
Nurse-led dementia care is provided to support our more frail and vulnerable residents. The house is specifically designed to assist those with multiple primary needs that impact both their mental and physical health. Our experienced nursing team will collaborate closely with residents, their families, and other multi-disciplinary teams to promote the resident’s overall wellbeing. They will foster an environment where residents feel safe and secure.
Specialist Service Houses
Our specialist houses cater to adults living with Huntington’s Disease, various types of dementia, and other mental health conditions. We collaborate with the Huntington’s Disease Association and other specialist services to ensure that our residents can live harmoniously and build lasting friendships within their home.
Distressed Nursing Dementia Care Houses
For residents exhibiting significant behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia, our team provides continuous clinical oversight to ensure the best possible care and support outcomes. Our goal is for each resident to feel they can express themselves safely and be heard in a secure environment.
Dedicated Male Houses
Dedicated Male Houses
Our Younger Adults houses are specifically for adults under 65 living with dementia and other relevant mental health needs. However, we do recognise that people with a younger outlook on life may be best suited to this environment.
