Vida Hall has been featured as an ‘outstanding’ case study in the Care Quality Commission’s annual report, launched this 13th October.
The CQC conducts inspections to help people make informed choices about their care. Their annual report provides a comprehensive view of their findings. This year, the report found that 71% of the adult social care services inspected had been rated ‘good’ while 1% of services had achieved the highest rating of ‘outstanding’.
Vida Hall, rated ‘Outstanding’ in 2014, was described in the report as ‘a home from home’ as part of a feature about its inspection.
