Tracey is the epitome of Vida Values; her residents are her upmost priority and she will always help in any way she can, whether it is to offer support for a few hours or help with several shifts.
Tracey’s level of commitment to Vida Healthcare and her residents is outstanding. We have watched her grow over the years; she puts herself forward for new experiences in order to gain knowledge and confidence with the aim of further improving her practice.
